Aaron Hazelett – With a degree from Arizona State University in Business Administration, Aaron began his career as an office manager. But a lifetime of working with his hands ultimately motivated him to transition to the telecom industry where he worked in the field building cell phone towers. He eventually found his way back to the office as a crew manager, and then left telecom entirely to run operations for a startup digital marketing company.
Eric Burgoyne – Eric graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and worked four years for TÜV Rheinland Photovoltaic Testing Laboratory helping manufacturers meet international quality and safety requirements. Eric then worked as a process and R&D engineer at Intel Corporation where he was responsible for the quality and efficiency of a production line process as well as the safety of the employees who maintained the large equipment set.
Kevin Frei – As the founder and CEO of the second largest online traffic school business in Arizona, Kevin has experience building learning management systems at scale. He also designed the software that powers the marketing company Ethical Digital.
Matthew Carroll – Matthew is the finance brains of Newmark Networks and brings a wealth of experience from his role at Insure Compliance, where he has worked since 2013.
Nathan Carroll – As a key executive at Insure Compliance, it was Nathan’s vision to build an online solution for construction safety training. With a background in insurance, he has been on all sides of the safety industry. He has a degree in Communications from Arizona State University, is fluent in Spanish, and is the CEO of Newmark Networks.
Ryan Terry – Ryan has worked many jobs, including: running a rodeo in Prescott, building shelves, installing car stereos, setting up scaffolding and overseeing the safety of hundreds of workers at a major drywall company. To add to his eclectic background, he holds a degree in Criminal Justice. Ryan made Newmark Networks possible by connecting his technologist friends with his safety partners at Insure Compliance.
Wayne Carroll – Wayne has over 22 years of experience in insurance, risk management and loss control as well as 10 years’ safety consulting. He helps teach businesses how to reduce exposure, become compliant and most importantly to be safe. Wayne sits on the board of the Arizona Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers where he served as President 2014-2015. He is an OSHA authorized trainer with a Master’s degree of Science in education and training.
